This is a program for the beneficiaries of the ORLEN Foundation, which we launched in 2021. We have noticed that organizations that have received grants and donations from us need substantive support to operate more effectively in their local communities. We help in issues such as project and risk management, accounting, building the financial stability of an organization or design thinking.
As part of the ORLEN Foundation Academy, we offer professional training with experts from the Polish Fundraising Association. In two editions of the ORLEN Foundation Academy, we trained 100 organizations. We have also opened a point of free substantive consultations, which enables our beneficiaries to seek free advice on accounting, taxes and finance-related legislation.
