The Foundation holds the status of a public benefit organization and works toward lasting, positive changes in society.
In recent years, the Foundation has significantly expanded its activities in response to new challenges, including the pandemic, the refugee crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, and flooding. Since 2025, it has been a member of the Forum Darczyńców (Donors’ Forum).
ORLEN Foundation, operating since 2001, carries out its mission of supporting social initiatives of both local and national importance. It focuses on education, safety, youth development, and a just transition. The Foundation initiates and runs grant and scholarship programs and engages ORLEN Group employees in volunteer work.
